DNR has just released MODIFIED motorized boat restriction. You may use motorized boats on the West Lakes Chain at IDLE SPEED ONLY!!!! Violations will not be tolerated.

West Lakes Regional Sewer District all normal usage EXCEPT for Shull’s Mobile Home Park south side on Waldron. Shull's north side on Jones is working.

 We are creating "Volunteer Days"- where volunteers will be coming in to assist residents. Diann Scott is taking names and contacts for volunteers and names and contacts for people needing assistance. This assistance can be yard work, clean-up inside (tear out carpets, drywall, remove furniture), powerwash outside furniture and houses, etc. We are also trying to get a list of items that people may need - such as, beds, furniture, bedding, clothes, towels, etc.   Diann Scott, President   dianngscott@yahoo.com   260-273-9441

INTERESTED IN FEMA BUY-OUT? We will be inviting representatives to discuss this option to our "Call to Action" meetings scheduled for July 12, 18 and 26th. While we are getting this scheduled -- please heed this information from Mick Newton, Noble County Emergency Management Director and Rodney Renkenberger from Maumee River Basin. "Please pass along to the West Lakes flood victims and HOA officers that it is imperative for them to keep and retain RECEIPTS for ALL expe...nses and repairs associated with their flood damage. This includes cleanup costs as well. This information will be crucial for those who may be interested in participating in a FEMA buyout.
